Summit Partners LLC ("Summit," "we," "us") operates the Summit platform, including calculator widgets deployed on client websites and custom domains. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

From End Users (Homeowners)

• Contact information: Name, email, phone number (via lead capture form)
• Property information: Address, GPS coordinates, satellite imagery measurements
• Project details: Selected options, area measurements, uploaded photos
• Usage data: Browser type, device, pages visited, time spent on calculator

From Clients (Business Owners)

• Account information: Name, email, business name, phone number
• Payment information: Processed via Stripe; we do not store card numbers
• Business data: Brand assets (logos, colors), pricing configuration

3. How We Use Your Information

• Generate instant price estimates using satellite and AI analysis
• Deliver lead information to the relevant service provider (Client)
• Send SMS notifications for new leads (via Twilio)
• Process payments through Stripe Connect
• Improve our calculator accuracy and user experience
• Send service-related communications (account updates, billing)

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share personal information only with:

• Service Providers (Clients): Lead data is shared with the business whose calculator the end user interacted with
• Stripe: Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• Twilio: SMS delivery for lead notifications
• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (SOC 2 compliant)
• Mapbox: Satellite imagery for area measurement
• Vercel: Website hosting

5. Data Retention

Lead data is retained for the duration of the Client's subscription plus 30 days. Upon account termination, Clients may export their data. Data is permanently deleted 90 days after account closure unless retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Row-Level Security (RLS) in our database ensuring tenant isolation
• Supabase Auth for session management
• Stripe-handled payment data (we never store card numbers)
• Regular security audits and dependency updates

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
